Homemade Graham Crackers.

Tasted some of these. Decided to try and make some homemade ones. 

My Silpat is my best friend. I was so cool when I was 16 years old and asked for a creme brulee torch and a Silpat mat for my birthday.

Tasted awesome. 

Served with Cilantro Lime rice and a spinach salad and homemade Cranberry Walnut Balsamic Vinaigrette
