All up on the bridge over Dodge. It was over a hundred degrees for the whole day, and then about a half hour before the silent rave began, a storm began a brewin' which was AWESOME because it started pouring on us while we were dancing HXC.

Vermillion, SD

Ellen, Marge, and I drove 2 hours to go see an awesome show, Destroy Nate Allen, in Vermillion, SD. Marge knows Nate and Tessa from Portland, and they are going on a six month tour. I can't imagine living out of a van for that long. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Our plan was to go up, see the show, and then find somewhere to go camp out.

You can't start a road trip without ORANGE SODA! Who loves orange soda? Kel loves orange soda. Thank you Keenan and Kel for giving me an appreciation for orange soda at such a young age.

Got my pictures developed. Jizzedinmypants. I love getting pictures back more than anything else in the world. I have been feelin' great for the past few days .. SO Ive been thrifting pretty hardcore and raiding the Omaha area Goodwills. Once I start, I can't stop. Thrifting is like an addiction or a drug for me. Yeah, intense.

I just had a conversation with J Flo about revamping our looks. Jenna was inspired by Michael Jackson and how he was constantly transforming his look. Im thinking about a pigment change, but I prefer to get it naturally by going out in the sun and tanning. Now that I gots almost a whole new wardrobe, all i need is the haircut.

VEGAN DINNER

Well fuck. I ate a steak and some chicken like two weeks ago because i was like FUCK VEGETARIANISM. i felt like being a vegetarian is not a sustainable diet in the longterm ( well in my case lacto-octo pescetarianism for all you anals out there). so i ate some steak and some chicken over the course of 3 days and then after that i was like GOD, I JUST SPENT SIX MONTHS NOT EATING MEAT AND I threw that all away so quick. Im back to not eating meat, but i still am pissed at myself for jumping off of the bandwagon. I enjoy the feeling of being apart of a movement through the simple choice of not eating meat. Maybe im doing this for selfish reasons, or just the fact that I can say "im a vegetarian". PROBABLY. Im a selfish person. This has no point. Only I read this blog, so i will be the only one to hate myself for writing this.

marge made us a vegan meal of lentil burgers and a vegetable stirfry. YUM. i made vegan ranch that looked like cottage cheese. i will never become a Top Chef.
