essence of the 90s

This has to be one of my favorite 90s hip hop songs. It is a perfect collaboration of classic hip hop beatz and r&b. Every time I hear Poison, it brings me back to the good old days of cassette tapes, spandex leggings, and big ass fro-ed out hair.

i wish everyone would have danced like this at every high school dance.

In an alternate universe, I feel that I should have been born in 1970 in
Brooklyn NY so that I could have been a teenager experiencing the glory
days of hip hop. Retro Kidz have found a way to recreate this entire era
with just 3 songs that replicate the classic beatz of late 80s/ early 90s hip
hop. Their biggest claim to any sort of fame is their kick azz style. Retro
Kidz are complete with the bangin hair cuts of the early 90s like the high
box top seen on thaa Fresh Prince,Willie Smith with ghetto blasterzz
galore. My friends have yet to enjoy the music, but i think people need to
see their bomb ass style in order to fully appreciate the music.
